Xbox won't load games, friends, or anything else, but is connected to the internet.

There's a server outage right now. You'd just have to wait for it to be fixed.

it's a connection error, trust me. I know everything else downloads fine, I know it doesn't make any sense, but it's a connection error. Try it on a friends cable internet, and if it still doesn't work, than it's something else. If you have anything like
satellite internet or something like that, it will not load. Try it on a friend's connection or have them bring over their xbox and see if it does the same thing.

You can also bypass this problem by going to the marketplace here and purchasing games. They'll go to your active downloads and download to the xbox when you log in.

I have the digital version, the game won't load without an Internet connection when I turn on my Xbox one but if I turn on the Xbox one with an Internet connection it loads and if I unplug the Internet from the Xbox one after I'm signed into Xbox live it
also loads, I tried redownloading but it's the same result, all my other games work offline and there's nothing on the devs official sites or anywhere on the internet about this game needing Internet to play, and there is no message when the game won't load
telling me I must have an Internet connection or connect to Xbox live, I hope this issue will be patched

I'm having a lot of problems too, my Xbox is connected to the internet but won't run any games or apps online. I do diagnostic and it says everything is fine. If I do eventually manage to load a game the Xbox crashes and turns itself off. I can't do anything
now as it won't respond to the controller.

Not that it has to do with xbox live, but I'm a FiOS user in California, and I can't access certain websites that have to do with WLID logins, or even parts of this one without using proxies. It's also noteworthy that attempting to load those pages that
I suddenly can not, it seems like my internet is incapable of doing anything else. After the pages fail to load, my internet quality is restored.
