    Try to UNPLUG POWER to ROUTER and CONSOLE for 2 mins, then plug power to ROUTER back in and then wait 2 more mins, now plug power back in for CONSOLE, then turn on , now try and see if any change, If still no change, you can try to go to SETTINGS,
    then SYSTEM , CONSOLE INFO and last CONSOLE RESET, pick option to KEEP ALL GAMES AND APPS, console will restart, after the restart - do the SET UP and now test after

    OP: Which platform are you on? Xbox (XB1 or Series X/S) or PC? Is it all games or just particular ones? When you say loading, do you mean the game won't launch or they won't install?
