    Xbox won’t let on pay for online or even go online with games


    hello my Xbox won’t let me pay for online as keeps saying can’t subscribe to this account go to settings or Xbox.com it’s been a struggle for days now won’t let me remove payment options just lets me play normal games not online I need help ASAP

    I got banned ??

    I think I got banned but it didn’t say how long I’m banned for but it won’t let me go on online games and won’t let me chat, please can you help me get unbanned. My gt is and I’m sorry and won’t do this again

    Online games won’t load

    every time I try to play an online game, it will get stuck in a loading screen or won’t even load. If anyone can help please let me know.

    Why can’t I connect to multiplayer on Xbox 360 games on my series x.

    Ive been online but I put go offline and then go online but that didn’t seem to work. Ima try to explain to you as best as possible. Ok so, I can play current gen and next gen games online but when I try to play Xbox 360 games online it won’t connect me.for example if I want to play an Xbox 360 game with my friends online it won’t connect me it will just say connecting for a while then it will say couldn’t connect. So then we will have to play another game that is not an Xbox 360 game.

    For me it just says "Something went wrong. Try your gamer tag again" and won’t do anything. Even trying it online doesn’t work. Won’t let me confirm that I want to change it.

    Microsoft is a cheap company..they won’t give you any money or even the time of day to try to tell your case. Don’t swear online or go on mic, I don’t even interact with people online because it’s a bunch of babies looking to report and Xbox just does it.

    I’m in same region and country I wouldn’t purchase while out of the country of uk and it won’t let me pay for subscription renew or anything and no reply from chat online and no phone call back cause Xbox services are rubbish as usual
