Xbox won’t let my child play any games or apps.

It won’t let me get in any app.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty annoying. I suggest

removing your profile and then redownloading it back from Xbox Live.

If that doesn't work try a soft factory reset of the console. We have an option that allows you to troubleshoot the console
without uninstalling any of your games and apps.

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

After that verify if the connection to Xbox Live is without issues and try starting a game.

I tried most of these, including resetting my game and app data in the settings. The only thing it lets me do now is login but it won’t play music.

Xbox 1,when ever I click on the game it’s says do you own this game view in App Store no error messages besides

the do you own this game (it won’t let me play any other of my games that I’ve payed for it shows the same message) tried resetting again and logging back (didn’t work)
