    My Xbox one won’t let me sign in to my Xbox live account, I have tried power cycling my system a couple of times and still won’t let me sign in

    Some have had success doing the following: SETTINGS/NETWORK/NETWORK SETTINGS/ADVANCED SETTINGS/ALTERNATE MAC ADDRESS/CLEAR/RESTART or by doing a hard reboot of the console.

    For me it just says "Something went wrong. Try your gamer tag again" and won’t do anything. Even trying it online doesn’t work. Won’t let me confirm that I want to change it.

    No, I have no suspended subscriptions. I just purchased Gamepass for console and wanted to upgrade it- when I do this on the website or on my Xbox it will buffer and then say “It looks like something went wrong, but we can help”. It won’t let me purchase the subscription on either my Xbox or the Microsoft website (or “upgrade” it).
