    XBOX WONT LET ME PURCHASE A GAME PLS READ


    I am trying to buy COD World At War on Xbox One. I have updated my payment options with my debit card, but when I go to purchase the game, it says "You have no valid payment options on file. Microsoft Account Balences cannot be used in this purchase channel."
    I do infact have a payment option on file assuming that it is referring to my xbox, but my xbox does not seem to recognize that or im doing something wrong. PLS HELP

    Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ . From there, go to Payment & billing. Under Payment settings, you can see if your debit card information is correct or if a card still needs to be added.
