    xbox wont let me create new account


    i have a problem with my xbox one since 2 days ago it wont let me create a new account every time i go to add new it goes to add or create new account it just loads and goes back to home screen. i have already restarted the xbox numerous times but it doesnt
    seem to work. help please

    Xbox Adult account accidently deleted

    Hi I have just got an Xbox one for X mas and I made account and it was all working
    I then bought gold and I was fine until I tried to buy a £35 giftcard (today) to buy the BO3 Season pass and I got the 35 on the console to buy it and when I tried to buy it of the store it said I wasn't allowed and I needed to change settings in online privacy and allow buying online
    turns out my brother had deleted the adult account and I can't get back on it as It is deleted I have tried creating new adult accounts but they wont work on allowing my account Sherbertlemons0 to buy stuff how do create a new account to be the adult of Sherbertlemons0 as it wont let me buy stuff
    please help me anybody as I have spent £75 this month on stuff for xbox and don't really want to create a new account what do I do and how can I create another new adult account for Sherbertlemons0???

    Wont let me create an offline account

    the 360 wont let me create an offline profile whenever i put in the username it says creating account then goes right back to the username screen

    What if I am a Adult account, but the xbox wont let me get Mature rated games on the game store, or it wont let me access user created content.

    Tried the power cycle, no luck. I was able to remove my account but now it wont let me create a new account. The screen goes grey for a few seconds the right back to add account screen.

    Please try creating your account through this website:

    https://www.xbox.com/live

    Try using the Edge browser and private mode. If you get an error while creating your account, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and try again.

    If the problem persists, try connecting your device to a different network. You could also try connecting from a smartphone using mobile data.

    Is this happening on Windows 10 or 11?
    In case you have a different PC, the issue persists there or is only with the current PC?

    Please tell me briefly besides the described in your post which else you tried?

    In the meantime do this:

    Press Windows button and type Services

    On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

    Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

    IP Helper
    Xbox Live Auth Manager
    Xbox Live Game Save
    Xbox Live Networking Service
    Gaming Services

    And do this with each of the services listed above:

    Right-click over the service and select Properties.
    Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
    If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

    Restart your PC and give it a new try

    That should do the trick
