    have the xbox app on my phone, I’m trying to change the privacy settings on the website but every time I change the options that are blocked to “allow” and press submit, the page reloads and they all go back to the way they were. I keep changing it and pressing
    submit but it just wont work.

    It wont let me change my privacy settings. On the xbox or on the computer,

    It wont let me change my privacy settings. On the xbox or on the computer, It just randomly said that my settings where changed to i could not talk to people.

    @M3tal Daz3 correct.. But there also might be an issue with the conectvity with the Live service.. Keep an eye on the status page and try again when issues are cleared.
