Xbox won't let me add account

If this is happening with multiple devices this may mean that it's an issue with your network connection. Have you tried using a different network connection such as a mobile hotspot? If not yes, please try it out.

May I know if you already tried power cycling your console? Or using a different wifi network?

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

I do have an open NAT currently. My connection is wireless but I have tried wired as well and it didn't change anything.

It may be an Xbox live issue but I couldn't find anything related to outages, etc. so I was hoping it was something I could fix until it's fixed I basically have a glorified DVD player, lol. Vague is correct for sure.

It seems like your on top of your game connection wise. But id still take a look into it.. I know you have probably tried a lot of different things. And understand your frustrations. Is your NAT open? Are you playing wired or wireless? If you are wireless,
your connection could be dropping out for a second that kicks you off.

The next idea is maybe Xbox live is having issues. Various problems have been occuring. My friends have reported this grey screen circling forever loading when trying to purchase content from the store. If it is Xbox's side im sure their team is working
very hard to find a solution. In the mean time hang in there buddy. Problems like these can be so vague.. :/
