Xbox won’t game share

Sometimes the game publisher won’t allow game sharing certain features. A DLC can sometimes be the feature that they won’t allow you to share.

I got the game by sharing with a different Xbox (which only works with digital games). The game was purchased digitally on a separate account and Xbox but I am able to play it on my account and Xbox from game sharing. Is that why my digital vault edition upgrade won’t work?

Thank you very much I hope this problem does not persist and happen again, as it has happened before. I was able to somehow fix it or wait it out by messing with some home Xbox settings but that just does not work anymore. So I really hope it ends now as it’s an inconvenience for everybody. This error seems to be an ongoing issue for most games.
