Xbox wont connet to tv

I have everything setup corretly and it still wont show on the tv

I have my xbox oneconnected to a toshiba regza and when I tirn my xbox on it says no video signal. I have the HDMI cord conneted to my xbox and my tv, i tried turning the cord around and still nothing. What do i do?

Here is what I would start with first - Unplug everything - make sure you have the HDMI in the "TV" Port in the back of the Xbox One.

If you are still having the same issue - I would check the actual HDMI cord with a spare - Is the TV 4k? If so, maybe the HDMI Cord you are using may not be suitable for that TV - I had a similar issue with this before and switching the cords out resolved the
issue.

also make sure you use a HDMI cord that is of newer model with 4K capabilites.

Before you turn everything off, use the TV remote MENU to set it to the SOURCE the console is connected to. ie when you turn it back on the TV output is set to whatever HDMI port you're using for the console, and then

Try this...

...Turn off the TV, AVR if using, and the console and while you have the power cable disconnected from the console, (optional ) restart (power cycle) your network hardware and wait until its back up (green lights).

Then in this order, Turn the TV back on, the AVR and last of all restore power to the console and turn it on via the Nexus (on/off) button of the console.

Im not using an avr and the tv doesnt have a remote to it
