    Xbox wont apply updates and force itself back to the recovery screen


    HI my xbox is currently experiencing this problem the i have tried OSU removing everything and even gone to the lengths as using other xbox hard drive which was from my old xbox still the same error message of E 100. Any help?

    it starts up at the applying update screen and my xbox restarts back to the applying update screen. Its basically stuck in a loop

    I was applying the new update to my xbox and it crashed and now it wont start and it is stuck on the start up screen

    please see the steps for E100 on this trouble shooting page, it has all the steps to try regarding this error code:

    http://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/system-updates-solution

    That page will have specific things to try regarding E100

    If all fails you will either need to set up a repair or contact Xbox Support like mentioned on that troubleshooting page.

    When contacting Xbox Support use either the Phone option or the Microsoft Support Chat option

    thats not the proble. it still forces my xbox off like the other one applying the update. all i want to know is what do i do for when it turns off ? or can you describe what i should do while it updates ? as in what should i do when it turns off than wait for it ? because it wont turn back on when it does turn off ?
