XBOX wont accept my Microsoft password.

Try the following steps:

1. Sign in at Xbox.com using your Microsoft account email address and password. Signing in at the website may resolve an issue that’s preventing you from signing in on your Xbox console.
   
2. If you are taken to a sign-up page for Xbox LIVE when you sign in at Xbox.com, you’ve entered a valid Microsoft account email address and password, but the account you entered isn’t currently associated with an Xbox LIVE account. See Find your Microsoft
   account below for help finding the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE account.
   
3. If you get an error when you try to sign in at Xbox.com, you have entered an in-valid password or email address. If you can’t remember your Microsoft account address or password, see reset
   your Microsoft account password.
   
   Note If you reset your Microsoft account password, you will be prompted to choose one of several options to validate your identity—use an alternate email “proof,” have a code sent to your phone, or use a trusted PC for validation. For more information

4. If you can’t reset your password online, you can contact Microsoft account Customer Service to request a password reset. You will be prompted for several pieces of identification information to

I am also having a similar problem. I have never had a parental account linked to my own, it was always just a parental password associated with my own account. It fills in my own email for the parent account on the xbox when i go to accept it but it wont
accept my password.

I have not tried resetting my password as there is nothing wrong with my login details. It simply wont accept even my email when i try to login. I CAN access microsoft store, microsoft windows account, xbox app, minecraft launcher with microsoft login. These work fine.

Minecraft.net and microsoft login website do not even accept even my email, as it refreshes the page when i click next.

I can sign into microsoft store app on windows PC. However, it does not require a password it requires windows PIN number. Microsoft store uses microsoft account settings to login, and PIN to verify user.

None of these options work for me since I am not able to log into my xbox account. There seems to be an issue with Microsoft/Xbox not accepting my password; I have already changed this and verified that it is correct. The account that I am using to post
here is not the account affected by the issue, which is why the "My Account" link wont work for me.
