    I bought a Fortnite/Fall Guys and Rocket League bundle for my child because he wanted the Fortnite skin. So I installed it but claimed the reward that is meant for another account child very sad. Would you send the reward from that account to the good one or can I factory reset it and then claim it again and good.

    tips or how you can still claim reward, very welcome

    What platform are you using to play Fortnite?

    After redeeming any Xbox exclusive Fortnite skin on the Xbox platform, I believe you must sign into the game on an Xbox console in order for it to appear in your skin wardrobe.
