    Xbox wireless headset with PC with limited functionality


    Hello, I just moved from Xbox to PC and am trying to use the wheel on the left side the same way it works on Xbox. Turn the right wheel works with turning up the master volume. The left wheel to adjust the balance between in game volume and party chat volume does not work though. I am only using this with Forza which is launched through the xbox app on windows 11. Is there any way to fix the left side functionality on PC?

    Xbox controllers has limited functionality when connected with Bluetooth. For full functionality, you'll need to connect it to your PC using a USB cable or Xbox Wireless adaptor.

    Hello, FUZYBUNNY! Unfortunately the 360 wireless headset will not work with the Xbox One. There are currently no Bluetooth adapters for the Xbox One so a Bluetooth headset will not function. Currently the only 100% wireless headsets for the Xbox One are

    Even though the newer Xbox One controllers have Bluetooth built in, there is no way to bind a Bluetooth Headset to them.

    You're currently limited to the standard wired headsets, that go to the controller, or special wireless headsets that are specifically licensed to the Xbox like for example these

    The standard limited warranty for the official Xbox Wireless Headset is 90 days, so you should ask the retailer to update the incorrect warranty (you may need to show the receipt as proof of purchase and to confirm the start date). You can also contact support to look into this.

    Specifically ‘About certain types of headset issues’ > ‘functional issues’

    Headset isn't charging: If the headset is plugged into the console with the USB-C cable but isn't receiving a charge, first check the cable connections to both the console and the headset. If that doesn't work, try plugging the headset into a different power source (another port on a console or device).

    Does your headset function properly on PC, some headset may work on a PC but not xbox, but if it does not work on PC either then it is your headset.

    If you can try this on another xbox, if it works there it may either be the jack on the controller or a setting on the xbox
