    Good morning,

when I pair my Xbox audio headset to my PC, it is recognized but then a problem is encountered.

In the bluetooth menu, I see the headset connecting and disconnecting continuously, which makes it unusable.

And in the device management menu I see that a line "other devices, iSPP PORT" appeared with an exclamation point.

    I can't update this "driver"

My bluetooth card is up to date "Asus PCE-AX1800"

My XBOX controller is too because when I connect it via "XBOX accessories" it tells me that the accessory is up to date.

    Thank you for your support.

    :)

    Hello Gabriel Sahuc,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

We understand that you're experiencing issues with your Xbox Wireless Headset on your PC. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.

There could be issues with the Bluetooth or connection we are using for Xbox Wireless Headset. Otherwise, drivers could be the key for fixing the issue. Let us isolate the issue and we would like to ask for details below:

    1. Are we having issues connecting your headset to another device like phone?
    2. May we confirm if you have connecting issues with the Xbox Controller?
    3. Is the Bluetooth driver updated?
    4. Since you mention about iSSP Port, do you mind taking a screenshot of the list of drivers where you can see this issue? Please share the screenshot and conceal any personal information.

As per support article, you may try to perform this:

    • Have you tried resetting the headset and repairing it with your PC? You can reset the headset by pressing and holding the pairing button on the left earcup for 10 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly.
    • Another one, have you tried updating the Bluetooth drivers on your PC? You can do this by going to the Device Manager, right-clicking on the Bluetooth device, and selecting "Update driver."
    • Headset keeps getting disconnected: If your headset is repeatedly disconnecting from your device, first try restarting both devices and re-pairing the headset. If the disconnection problem persists, check if there's a firmware update for your headset. If that doesn't correct the problem, perform a hard reset of the headset.

The New Xbox Wireless Headset! Huge drawback?

    Hello,

Specifications and system requirements for the Xbox Wireless Headset, along with what‘s included can be found here:

Windows 10 use requires Bluetooth 4.2+, Xbox Wireless adapter or compatible USB-C cable. Each sold separately, explaining why both the adapter and cable weren't included with the headset.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the headset. According to the Turtle Beach page https://www.turtlebeach.com/products/stealth-600-headset-xbox-one?variant=7763423592492 the
headset can be used with compatible Windows 10 PC's and may need an Xbox wireless adapter for Windows.

    XBOX WIRELESS

Xbox Wireless provides you with a best-in-class wireless gaming audio experience on Xbox One (and compatible Windows 10** PCs) by letting you connect your headset directly to your Xbox One without an adapter, the same way
your Xbox One wireless controller connects to the console. Xbox Wireless automatically configures the headset’s connection, so just turn-on the headset and start playing. **May require Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows (not included).

Xbox wireless headset problems on windows 11

Hi ShüshDigga, my name is Vanessa, and I would be happy to help.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Xbox Wireless Headset on Windows 11.

Based on the information you've provided, it sounds like the headset is connecting properly to your PC, but the sound quality is poor when used for gaming.

Here are a few things you can try to fix this problem:

Make sure your headset is up to date with the latest firmware. You can do this by visiting the Xbox website and downloading the latest firmware for your headset.
Try restarting your PC. This can sometimes fix minor audio issues.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the audio drivers on your PC. You can do this by following these steps:

Go to Settings > System > About.

    Click on "System details".

In the "PC specifications" section, find the name of your PC manufacturer and model.

Go to the website of your PC manufacturer and search for the audio drivers for your PC model.

Download the audio drivers and install them on your PC.

Here are some additional tips that may help:

Make sure your PC has the latest Windows drivers installed.
Try using an Ethernet connection instead of a Wi-Fi connection.
Try playing at a different time of day, when the network is less busy.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.

    Best regards,
    Vanessa.
