    Before that please tell me:

    What console are you using? Or is this happening on PC?

    Are you using an insider build / Xbox preview OS?

    Did you tried pairing the wireless headset with another console or device, or even pairing a different headset if possible with your device?

    Did you tried some troubleshooting steps in your console/PC?

    And just to confirm, may I know if you already tried everything from this related article?

    Can you clean the disc, it might have a smug on it that is causing a problem.

    Do you have it installed on your hard drive?

    would you consider any of the noise you hear to be high pitched at all? not like a whistle, but justt a subtle spinning noise.

    What kind of "weird noises" are? Is that whistle, or is it buzzing? If its just buzzing, propably your xbox is reading the gmae disk.
