    Xbox Wireless Headset warranty


    Hello,

    How do I make a warranty claim for my headset? The plastic piece at the end of mic has come out exposing wires. Purchased in Dec of 2022 from Best Buy. Have tried to reach support via other methods with no luck.

    The standard limited warranty for the official Xbox Wireless Headset is 90 days, so you should ask the retailer to update the incorrect warranty (you may need to show the receipt as proof of purchase and to confirm the start date). You can also contact support to look into this.

    Headset isn't charging: If the headset is plugged into the console with the USB-C cable but isn't receiving a charge, first check the cable connections to both the console and the headset.     Have you visited the troubleshoot your Xbox Wireless Headset found on the Xbox support page? If your headset is within warranty there is a section that discusses how to get your headset replaced as well.
