Xbox Wireless Headset Service Order issue

Hey guys

I created a service order for my in warranty Xbox Wireless Headset and I opted for the Walk In center option instead of getting the new headset delivered to my address. So in this case, I had to drop my old headset at the Walk In center and pick up the new one from there only. Rather than me shipping the old headset and them shipping the new one to my address.

The order was created. The new headset has been shipped also, I can see the tracking. I went to the Walk In center. But it has been shut down. Yeah, that's correct. I asked around and they told me the center was shut down a couple of months back. They seem to not have updated it on the website. But they have still shipped my address somewhere, presumably to a new Walk In center location, but I don't know where it is! Since there is only the old address mentioned on the website. I thought of cancelling the service order and creating it again but I can't. It doesn't let me do that. I have also tried contacting Xbox Customer Support via phone call but now, there doesn't seem to be a way to talk to a Customer Care Executive. It just says everywhere that Phone Calls and Chat aren't available for this issue. I tried calling on their Toll Free Number also, but the automatic message says to go to xbox.com/help. I am from India by the way. Xbox is officially supported here, in case.

Hello, since you have already the troubleshooting steps you have mentioned before, I would like you to try the troubleshooting steps on both those links first:

If none of those fix your issue, I believe that you will need to create an order for your devices Getting your Xbox device serviced | Xbox Support.

So the audio for these headset are all using wireless technologies at some level. What kind of wireless router do you have? How close is it to your Headset? Do you have any cell phones in the area when using your xbox? Are you able to get into your wireless
router settings to adjust settings?

I've had lots of luck changing wireless channels on the 5ghz and 2.4ghz range in order to solve connectivity issues with controllers and wireless headsets.

The HyperX headset is wired so I don't believe that it's an exclusively wireless issue.
