    Hi

    I have a set of xbox wireless headphones. I stood on them by mistake and landed up bbreaking the side support section - see attached- does anyone have an older unit(even wired) that i can purchase to use to repair this unit. Or does anyone know of any repaires in the johannesburg south african area?

    whenever you send a console for repair, it is either repaired or replaced. When it is repaired you will receive your own console back. It is is replaced it can either be a refurbished one or a new one. If it is refurbished it is basically as new since any
    damaged or broken parts will be replaced.
