Xbox wireless headset mic sound issue

Hello. I tried every settings but i cant find solution for this problem. when i tried talk with headseti my sound goes scratcht to my friends. i also tried with mobile phone. i had same problem also at talking by phone.

i dont want to send it to varrantiy. cuz they dont have stock now. they cant change it. and if they give my money back, i cant find this product at same price again. they are doubled the prize.

do you know any special settings for it?

not: i tried to update it, i reset the headset. i did everytging. pls dont suggest these things.

Hello again, the solution would be to send your command for warranty, you can contact Xbox support via chat to do this and ask questions about availability.

Hello mertekener, this is really weird, I have the same equipment and it never happened to me.

One question, you belong to Insider, this can hinder the Xbox One experience.

Obviously, you've tried updating the Headset firmware, but see if you can upgrade your device on your PC with the Xbox Accessories App.

Thanks for the help! I updated my wireless controller while the headset was plugged in and the sound and mic are working.
