    Hello,

    Bought the new Xbox Wireless Headset that just came out. Running version 0.0.9.0 on Windows 10 version 1909.
    The Xbox Accessories App lists the device but has the configure option greyed out.
    How can i configure it like it was shown on the product page?

    Here it says you need to use the USB-C cable but that also does not work?

    Yesterday (12/1/2021), I experienced extremely choppy audio in Warzone. Thinking this may be a wireless issue, I unplugged the XBox Wireless Adapter and used the USB-C port for audio (USB-C to USB-C). Guess what? I still had choppy audio on the Xbox Wireless headset! I switched to an older 3.5 mm headphone, and the audio was fine.

    I think switching to a wired headset is a good idea at this point, as the Scruffy Fuzzy said above.

    Same issue here. I've scoured Reddit and other forums and haven't seen a fix yet. The headset works fine on Bluetooth and when connected via USB-C, but while using the official Xbox Wireless Adapter (the slim one), I get garbled and choppy audio in both games and general Windows audio such as Zoom meetings.

    I'm using the headset on Windows 10 with headset firmware v.0.0.9.24 as of 11/15/2021.

    I’ve read this entire thread in hopes of a solution but all I’ve learned is it would have been better for MS to use Bluetooth instead of a wireless protocol prone to interference. It's not practical in 2021 to NOT expect a home to be full of wireless products. Does anyone have a recommendation of a headset that wouldn't fall victim to interference?

    I have the same issue, got mine in 2021 as a gift. After hearing the crackling I decided to keep them in the box for some time "maybe microsoft will fix it eventually in the next months" and keep using my wh1000xm4 wired, took it out of the box for playing some Rainbow six Extraction with my friends and the problem still persists.

    Microsoft please fix it, it's not a cheap headset and it's the official (oh dear I can only imagine how buggy will be the "unofficial ones)
    I will try the ethernet cable fix, good bye to my wireless workstation :/

    I am having this issue I'm on the verge of sending them back my nephew my brothers have the same headset the xbox microsoft official wirless headset and it pops gets distorted and sound cuts out I have a 3 year warranty I have tried lots of troubleshooting but it fixes it for about a day any help would be great
