Xbox Wireless Controller - Vibration Right Motor İssue

I have a Xbox Wireless Controller(2020) Carbon Black. The issue is the vibration in the games. Left vibration motor is working but right trigger motor is not working. My guarantee dropped at 27.12.2022. I am using my computer on PC. I tried in several games such as forza horizon etc. In past, when you throttle a car in the game right trigger motor was immersively rumbling, but it is not working like that anymore. My controllers version is "5.15.3168.0". It is seem as latest update. I can not understand this problem. Rumbling broke after a week my guarantee ended. I can not reach xbox help desk because of my warranty ended.

    :)

X1 controllers are barely held together

My only issue with the controller is it vibrates like crazy, like 10x more than how the Xbox 360 wireless controller for my Xbox 360 slim console vibrates, especially when playing Forza 5 and Zoo Tycoon (driving buggy like a bad driver). It's probably because
of the motor things inside the controller. It would be nice if M could come up with a Dashboard software setting which decreases the vibration.

    Possible controller glitch

Cleaning the controller worked perfectly although one of the vibration motors is a little broken.

Xbox 360 controller right motor makes loud noise

I would return it. It sounds like the right motor is not connected to the mechanics that make it vibrate.

Can Li-ion battery outputting 3.7 volts each, damage my Xbox controller?

under volting can cause stability issues in the way the controller works and may not have enough power for everything, it may even cut out when vibration motors start up.
