My Xbox One controller randomly disconnects. I have tried to sync the controller to my console, but the controller continues to flash, even after the console’s “X” has stopped flashing. This is a brand new Sport Blue, wireless controller, so I know its
not the controller. My old controller works fine, so it can’t be the console. Right?

Sorry to hear you're having such a rough time with the controllers, I like Xbox controllers solely based on the ergonomics and comfort. Although I do prefer standard Xbox wireless controller, generally sport blue with rubberized grip, I will also use Power
A Gaming controllers from GameStop which are corded and cost much less.

I have one from the design lab! Its light blue & light pink. I also just bought the new purple controller and a sport white controller for backup

So i tried to use a cable on my pc,

updated the firmware and I still had the same result while playing.

After that I downloaded the controller tester from the windows app store.

My conclusion:

The vibrations works fine when the vibration is strong and there is no issue

however as soon the vibrations are suddle and weak there is a very bad noise

that lets me think this device will die in the next few days.

Got to claim a rma unfortunately and wait longer for the controller :/
