XBox Wireless Controller no longer connects to Win10 after firmware update

Hi There,

The only thing I can think of is to troubleshoot the bluetooth not working/connecting. Other then that maybe just try running the updater again.

This is a common problem with wireless controllers

Please make sure you always install the latest firmware

I also had disconnection issues with my controller but I've managed to sort out mine. Cellphones are a major culprit with wireless interference. Since I no longer have my cellphone close to my controller, I no longer have disconnection issues.

Another culprit is third party wireless headsets. Some of them have wireless dongles which also causes disconnection issues.

Also, since the last/latest firmware update for my controller, the connectivity is much more stable. Below is a guide on how to update the firmware:
