    Xbox Wireless Controller Elite Series 2 - Warranty / Customs issue


    Hello everyone,

    I have an issue about warranty replacement. I sent my controller for repair / service on 26.04.24 but due to stock issues Microsoft send new one from Germany to Turkey to my address directly after 3 weeks but there was no shipping documents (invoice etc..) so that i can't complete clearance from customs and package is pending at the airport custom. Package was sent 14.05.24 and i'm still waiting for reply from Microsoft / Xbox support about it. How can i contact with support? Because i'm sending e-mails to their support address daily basis but they do not reply. Last e-mail was sent on 29.05.24 and they said that custom operations will be dealt by Microsoft and i should wait for delivery.

    Which e-mail or phone number i can use to contact with them? Because i can't reach Microsoft / Xbox Türkiye via e-mail & phone.

    I waited for 3 weeks for stock and now i'm waiting for 4 weeks for custom clearance.

    I bought Xbox Wireless Elite Series 2 Controller, Here in EU (Greece) all controllers have 1 year warranty and the Series X/S consoles 2 years.
