    Xbox Wireless Controller Disconnecting


    Hi, so I recently bought a design lab Xbox controller (my first time ever purchasing an Xbox product for myself) and it arrived today. I was super excited to try it out, so I opened MW2 to try it out. Immediately I came up with issues, I followed the directions that came with the controller to connect it to Bluetooth but it would disconnect constantly, I couldn't even play for a whole minute without the controller disconnecting and taking even longer to connect again. I searched online, checked my Steam controller settings, power cycled multiple times, restarted my PC, updated the firmware using the accessories app, disconnected the controller from Bluetooth and tried again. The only solutions I found online were to either buy the wireless adapter (this controller already cost $80 and would lose the whole point of customizing the colors just to have the black adapter), or simply use it with a USB-c cable (again, the whole reason I bought this controller was to be used wirelessly). I'm just extremely disappointed in this product so far, and would appreciate any help.

    P.S. I have Windows 10 if that helps at all
