    I ordered a xbox wireless adaptor from the microsoft store on the 5th of February. Payment has been taken but still not received it. The date is the 12th of February. Any suggestions?

    Yeah i tried all of that what was suggested, and i am using the internal xbox 360s wireless adaptor. I know it's not the router as my son has an external adaptor and his xbox always connects using wireless N.
