Xbox wireless adapter hangs

Hi! I've just bought Xbox gamepad with wireless adapter (product code 4N7 -00003, latest versions 1708 + 1790). Now, there is a huge problem when wireless adapter connected in specific USB port on front
panel of my computer - it hangs with enabled light indicator after a while (usually 5-10 minutes). The inly way to resolve this - is put USB stick into another port (see further).

After several hundreds experiments it turns out that wireless adapter stick is somehow conflicts with my keyboard wireless stick (Logitech MK270), which is connected into nearby port. If I swap them,
or if I put my keyboard into another port - problem disappear.

Now about problem itself. As far as I understand this is something driver related. After adapter hangs, gamepad disconnects to immediately (but adapter light is still on like everything is ok). Since this moment I am not able to do anything except unplug
adapter to reconnect it with gamepad. Windows device manager shows error code 10 (device cannot be started).

Microsoft please fix this issue. Anyway, I have to sell out this gamepad due to considering it of inappropriate quality for price with around 100 dollars. There is much more little problems expect tgis one.

Sorry to hear about that. Could you raise a ticket with the Microsoft help team and see if they can implement a hot fix to stop this from possibly happening to others.

It might've been worth returning the purchase and exchanging for a different unit, and see if the second one behaves the same. It's not unusual to have one or two defective devices in a production run.

Ya, then think about having to put a wireless chat dongle on top of an Xbox Adapter Dongle then hang it all on the bottom of the controller that XBOX brags about being so cool looking.

Even having a wired chat line attached to an adapter is going to make the controller balance different and it will look like crap. When is the last time an adapter worked well in anything.
