    I have a wired controller. When i was playing a game it suddenly disconnected. I was from the left corner of the power box. I thought the source had fell out. i looked at it but it had not. I then checked the connector source. was also plugged it. it suddenly
    came back on. a few minutes later it started doing the same thing! the next few days nothing happened. bUT The day i wrote this issue it started happening again! it kept going on like this and i really need a solution for this.

    If none of the troubleshooting works that were already posted it may be on it’s way out. The wired controllers can be very iffy

    I'm sorry to hear about your wired controller issues.

    Go ahead and perform a hard reset and
    power cycle     of your console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.
    Unplug your controller, plug it back in and let us know if that helps! If it doesn't help, it sounds like you might have to replace the controller.

    No outlawing is required. Not everyone can afford a hundred-inch television set. All I'm asking for is an option. I spent over four-hundred dollars on this console, so it would be nice to have a wired controller. My 360 uses a wired controller with a headset
    port, so why can't the Xbox One? If it were truly an all-in-one entertainment system, it would entertain the idea that not everyone has a jumbotron in their bedroom.
