Xbox wired connection keeps resetting my date and time

As you can successfully connect to your mobile hotspot and the error only occurs with your home network, may I ask what’s the brand and model of your router?

Essentially, if you’ve tried all the recommended general troubleshooting in the following support articles and the issue continues even after a factory reset, then you would need to contact your ISP and/or router manufacturer.

Sorry yes I have tried that and anything else I could find online I’ve tried . We had a power cuttuesday but that’s only thing of note . Since that occurred it worked until yesterday
