    I've been trying to check the release notes for today's Skip Ahead update but Xbox Wire seems to be down. Anyone else have the issue?

    Well currently xbox live is not down. How is your xbox connected? Is it wired or wireless?

    Slow connection

    Current equipment:

    Desktop(wired) - working fine, 30mbps down and 5 mbps up

    HP Touchpad (wireless) - working fine, 11mbps to 25mbps down and 3.5 to 5mbps up

    Xbox 360(wired) - slow connection, speed 2.4 to 4.1 mbps down and 2.1 to 4.4 mbps up

    Try it wired , at least you could then narrow it down to wireless xbox problem or not..

    Unplug all the wires from your console and wipe the whole xbox down with a cloth then plug it back in.
