Xbox Windows 10 app Xbox Server Connectivity blocked.

I have try'd everything from making sure firewall is active, Allowing it through my Antivirus "Avast Antivirus", making sure the Teredo is in its default state, and making sure Windows services were not changed. I can connect to online games (tested with
Gears of War 4, Social Quick play) just fine but when it comes to party chat I cannot connect to friends.

So based on what you described it looks like the server connectivity is blocked on the Xbox App on Windows 10.

I would suggest looking over our article when

1. Is your device connected to a wired or wireless network?

2. Have you made any changes to your device before encountering this issue?

3. What is the exact error message?

4. Have you tried playing other games and check if the same thing occurs?
