    XBOX will not start.


    Hello,

    My XBOX does not start despite replacing the power unit.

    The different tests lead to the same conclusion, change of power supply =-> The LED flashes.

    What to do in this case ?

    I'm sorry to see any issues with your 360 console! If you haven't already, you'll want to go through our 360 Flashing Light solution page. Even though you state you have a solid
    light, this might get you sorted out.



    Please let me know how it goes! If it doesn't help out, please let me know which light is red, and which type of console you have (fat 360, S, or E console). From there, we can see what our next steps are. XBOX will not start. :) I look forward to working with you!

    Hey there!

    So does the Xbox light flash continually or flash once and then go off? Does the power supply light stay lit up and if so what color is it?

    Hello,

    The white lights on the XBOX and the power supply come on for a few seconds, then go out.

    Subsequently, the power light stays on and amber.

    During

    the block reset test

    (Xbox One Power Supply Solution | Reset Xbox One Power Supply),

    I get to step # 3 where it is mentioned to change the power unit.

    The light flashes: white for about five seconds, orange for one second.

    Thanks for reaching out! Sounds like your troubleshooting your
    Power Supply for the Xbox One    .

    • The Power supply LED on your power supply, Is the unit light still on, or has it turned off or started blinking? The color white/amber will happen when it filters the power in the surge protector.
    • When troubleshooting take a look at the LED light, does it stay solid or blink (light turns off and on)?

    I would recommend you even after you have solved to take away from insider:) that brings damage to the console:)
