Discus and support Xbox will not read any of my games. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Whenever I insert my games nothing happens and when I try to play them it says do you own this game or app so I don't think my xbox is reading my games...     Xbox will not read any of my games.


    Whenever I insert my games nothing happens and when I try to play them it says do you own this game or app so I don't think my xbox is reading my games

    Same here, I get the error code 03-57-00

    I tried xbox chat support but the representative was not very informed in the issue and asked me to call them to explain it in more detail. I will call them later today and i'll post here what they tell me.

    Do you get an error aswell? If so can you post it on here if it is different.

    I can't find any specific info about this issue OP.

    Here is a guide for disc read issues.

    If this is no help and no one else replies with alternative suggestions it might be prudent to ring support for your region.

    At the top left of the page is a support link, you can find their number in the 'contact us' section.

    Hey guys, sorry to hear about the disc read issues! Have you had a chance to try the steps listed in this
    official disc-drive troubleshooting guide? If not, please give them a go and then let me know how things turn out. :)

    I am having the same issue. Seems like many people are. There seems to be no answer from anyone. Should there be an Xbox recall to get this fixed? Please help because the only answer is to restart and keep trying. This is ridiculous.
