    Hey Skrumm292! Are you using a wired or wireless connection? Try out the
    Xbox One Network troubleshooter     and let us know how it goes! If possible, please post up some screenshots so we can take a look at what you're seeing. Thanks!

    Hi,

    Could you run a network diagnostic test on your console and have us know the outcome of your NAT type from that test.

    Go to Xbox Network Settings and perform a 'Multiplayer test'. When this test has finished, press and hold (simultaneously) LB+RB+LT+RT and wait for the additonal test to finish.

    Post back and let us know how that goes.

    Please clarify.

    Is the situation the exact same when you switch the DNS (doesn't work at all?) or are you not able to set it to automatic and add a different one?

    please let me know. (If you are able to reset the DNS to auto then set up the DNS 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1)

    Inhave this same issue. Are u using the att homebase ? Xbox wont allow me to change the dns server did u do it another way been killing me lol
