Xbox will not let me complete setup

So i recently acquired a new Xbox S. How I am unable to even get halfway through the set up process because everytime I choose my wireless network (Boingo wireless) it resets and It takes me back to the language section. I then have to choose my network
again and it takes me back to the beginning, like a loop I can’t get past.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem and if so how do I get past this?

hello I'm sorry for your problem, have you tried to change the wireless line? have you tried, for example, to use your mobile internet through the hotspot function?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

We may need to perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware before attempting to connect the console to your network connection again.

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

You mentioned that you also can’t sign in to Xbox support website, am I correct?
