    XBOX will not install games or apps


    I`m having a problem where I can see my ready to install games and apps, but when i hit install nothing happens. Also when i try to play installed games they take to long to load and i get an error message. at first i thought it could be my router, i recently
    changed over to BT Infinity 2 fibre with the "Smart" Hub, I`d had problems with NAT type previous and found the new hub has problems with Xbox possible to do with IPv6. so i found an old hub 5 from BT and connected the Xbox to that....... and i was able to
    install games, but as soon as i go back to the "smart" hub the problem returns. the old hub just connected using IPv4 so i am wondering if the problem lies there.

    I`m curious to know what internet service people are using who have this problem?

    Can't install apps or games

    Hello,

    I need some help. My Xbox One Original 1TB won't install any game or app.

    Already tried twice to reset keeping games and apps, clear alternate MAC, reboot, hard reboot on the button and full reset deleting games and apps.

    Now I don't have anything installed and can't do it.

    What should I do?

    unable to access store

    i have been unable to access the xbox one store on my xbox one or even search for specific games i want to install/buy. i have even tried to select the gaME on your website and it will not auto install like it is supposed 2 or even show up in my games and
    apps.

    Do you play the game trough the Xbox app or steam? Trough the Xbox app the game will only have the System language, if you installed the app using a different region you need to uninstall the Xbox app and reset the Microsoft store configuration then install the Xbox app again and install the game
