Xbox Will Not Honor 1 Year Warranty

Sure I'm able to but the supervisor said it had to be escalated to Microsoft Corporate. When i plug in the serial number of my xbox it says that the warranty expired 9/2019. I bought it 7/2019. Not sure exactly what happened with Costco (perhaps restocking
it after return?) but that is not MY problem. The warranty needs to be honored. Just don't know where to go anymore for help. The supervisor escalated it but didn't sound very promising.

Question: were you able to send a screenshot of your receipt when you were last in touch with Support? They may have options for the current warranty status of your Xbox console if you're able to show your receipt.

The UK has a Sale of Goods Act. They essentially have very strong consumer protection laws, however it may not be on MS to honor it. It may be on the retailer (who then goes back to MS, defective product in hand).
