    Xbox... why me


    As an upcoming youTuber, I rely almost completely on my alternate accounts, mostly to stay away from stream snipers, Or just to literally have fun, but sadly after creating an alt a couple months ago I have been completely unable to access my free first time name change, I've tried making multiple other accounts and have failed, is there anything anyone suggests I should do? I've really almost had it with Xbox.

    When you created the account were you given a randomly generated tag or did you choose the gamertag when you created the account? The free change is only given if you were given a randomly generated tag and are changing that for the first time.

    WHY ME

    If you have a friend you can download your account to their Xbox then do so, and change any info on the account so they can't use it. That way they at least can't mess with your xbox live account any further.
