Xbox, why aren't you protecting my rights to an enjoyable gaming experience?

Dear Xbox,

Wow, My previous thread got deleted and I know it didn't violate your rules and it wasn't a duplicate of another post! I was put on hold for almost two hours yesterday and still you disconnected me and never addressed my issue! Today I been waiting almost an hour for a call that was supposed to only take 8 minutes to wait for! Why is it when I report other gamers who break the rules and harass me and send me messages filled with profanity, you take no action against them?!? Yet, whenever I simply message a troll back, and tell them off cordially without profanity, they can cry to you and you punish me? This is a practice of double standards as well as discrimination! You are giving certain players preferential treatment over others! This is a blatant violation of your own community standards, but whenever I or anybody else speaks out against it, you try to censor us by deleting our posts etc. Well, I refuse to go quietly. I will seek legal counsel if need be! All I expected of you was to be treated equally as you promised! You have not treated me equally, you have decided to ignore the issues when I'm being harassed and disrespected, but have no problem jumping in right away and enforcing the rules against me when I have no other option but to speak up for myself. You are like a teacher, encouraging everyone to tattle on each other, but when someone tattle's on one of your favorites, you dismiss the matter, but are far too eager to enforce discipline on those you choose to deem a problem! You swear to treat everyone equally but you don't! Even though I pay for membership like so many others, you don't protect my rights! Instead, you try to ignore me and silence me so you can pretend that there is no issue. You don't want xbox gamers joining together in a class action suit, especially of this magnitude, especially if it proves you are discriminating against certain players by practicing an unconstitutional double standard! So why don't you just investigate my complaints and take actions against the players who are harassing me and sending me messages with profanity? Why do you let them continue to do so without any accountability but let me fart crooked online and you are there to issue a warning etc???
