Xbox website instant sign out.

Every time I try to sign into the Xbox website, not app, I instantly and automatically get signed out. No other options. I've tried to contact support in a number of ways and either I couldn't contact humans, or the support AIs did nothing to help. I have also tried clearing the cookies and cache, tried signing in on a windows laptop, PC, and iPhone. Nothing. I have also tried multiple browsers. I can sign into the Xbox app and Microsoft website and all Microsoft related support sites just fine, but the moment I try to sign into the main Xbox home site or account screen, I get instantly signed out. This has also been happening for months with no fix. I don't have any error messages or restrictions or anything restriction or ban related from Microsoft. I have also tried checking the credentials manager with no luck, as well as having tried contacting someone within the support hours to no avail. I wither just find an AI, or I can't request a call for some reason. It says none are available. I tried the live chat once by putting in a different issue, but I never got ahold of a person, even as it was trying. This is extremely frustrated. It successfully signs me in, then without the home page even loading, I am kicked back to the log out screen. I also cannot manage/upgrade my gampass subscription due to this.
