Xbox Website Group Chats

I use the website for roleplaying purposes and it commonly does not show the recent conversation message it shows the first one and it glitches out. I tried everything in the books trying to delete the chat(did not work),tried using the xbox app for windows(it
would not load the recent messages) and restarted my phone(didnt work either) This is what it does.

Can't send messages & can't leave group chat

hello

So after the group chat update that happened a while ago It stopped every account on my Xbox from sending messages or leaving a group chat , and now I have about 14 group chats that I can't leave from

It happened to the 3 other accounts on my Xbox , they all can't send messages or leave group chat

So I decided to create a new account to see if the messages will work , and it worked fine

I checked my account repatahion (can't spell it right) and everything is good & tried to use the website and the app to send but it still didnt work , so what do you suggest me to do?

 

Has anyone here completed the Destiny raid?

I don't either, best bet is the destiny tracker website. It has a chat room which allows you o find people putting together groups. Just click LFG at the top and what the chat box. Helpful tip always join groups looking for 1 more. Because its likely they are friends or they had someone drop out. Never join groups looking for 3 or more. You don't want match making with this raid it would never get done.

 

You can attempt to refresh the account via logging out, shutting down and resigning in. Also try another browser.

Signing out and Signing back in. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for the reply! I recommend to try the Xbox One App on mobile or Windows 10 PC. You can hit the
Snap option on your Home Screen, then go to
Party and Start Your Own Party. Find a friend currently online and invite him or her to join. Once they join, you are still not connected to chat. You have to hit
Turn on party chat located below the Invite more people option.

Also, I suggest to go into the settings for the app and go into network to check the NAT type.
