    Xbox was banned but I can’t find out why. Nothing works on my account.


    So I’ve gotten tired of everybody lag switching in games online. I talked to Microsoft and found out how to upload videos for them to look at. I did this, and they said I violated terms and use or did something and I was permanently banned? I don’t run scripts I don’t use hacks. I have no idea what I’ve done?

    I’m trying to find out if there is a way to see what I have. supposedly done that is wrong. Also, my Xbox live is an annual paid subscription. How do I get that money back, for the unused months?

    Before anybody suggest it, keep in mind I cannot log into my account. Let me rephrase that I can log into or sign into the account from my home screen when the Xbox starts up. Immediately after I click on the profile, it says my Xbox live is not supported, is suspended as banned or something on those lines, And I can go no further. I cannot see my billings and subscriptions. I can’t see any games I cannot see anything other than a screen that says my Xbox live is for all facts and purposes defunct. I have tried to sign in on the Xbox app, and I get zero support options as it says it is not supported on banned accounts. I have created a new Microsoft account and when I sign in I get the exact same message on the app, and on microsoft.com. I just wanna know what I’ve done?

    I’m able to sign into Xbox Enforcement on any other Xbox account except my main account that’s permanently suspended. I can’t sign into my main account on Xbox because it says I’m permanently suspended and I can’t even find out why.

    None of the information from the link you provided explains why I’ve been banned. How can I avoid another ban if I can’t find out the reason behind the ban?

    I have tried waiting to see if I can appeal but it doesn’t change at all it’s been a while now since I lost the account and when I talk to support they can’t even check for me so I’m stuck not even able to check why I am banned I have been in multiple chats to try and find out why I was banned but still no final answer on why
