Xbox Video Stargate SG-1 season 2 episode 11 missing

I recently purchased the first 2 seasons of Stargate SG-1, episode 11 from the second season is missing however. I have tried the "restore my purchases" option on the XBox one to no avail, if I log into the video.xbox.com website however the video is in
my collection. How can I get it to show up on my xbox one?

Xbox Video missing episodes: Community, Rick and Morty

Community Season 5, Episode 11 is missing. Episode 12 posted.

In fact, Community Season 1 Episode 1 should be the pilot episode, and all other episodes should be renumbered, but I don't expect that fixed at this point...

Rick and Morty Season 1, Episodes 10 and 11 are both missing. Episode 11 just aired, but 10 aired over a week ago.

I'm becoming very concerned, as I purchased season passes for both of these shows, and expect to receive all episodes in a timely manner. This doesn't appear to be an issue with competitors, and if it continues to be an issue I'll have to switch services
to make sure I get what I paid for. I'd like to be a loyal Xbox Video customer, but the fact that I have to chat online with representatives multiple times in a week and now post this undermines my trust in the service.

 

Americans Season 2 Episode 10 not available

Am having trouble locating Americans Season 2 Episode 10 on Xbox video. I have the season pass. I can see episode 9 and episode 11, but not 10. Can somebody fix the issue. Thanks.

 

After 3 days of trying I post here and the episode shows up 30 minutes later... problem solved I suppose

 

Hello, yes, this episode was brought to our attention earlier this week. We've also been made aware of three episodes in Season 3 that are missing and we're awaiting the files from the content owner for those.

 

There are 4 episodes missing in season 3: 7,8,18,21

 

Any update on when these episodes will be added?

 

No word yet, we've just recently followed up with them again.

 

Stargate Atlantis season 1 is missing episodes 17 and 20

 

almost not worth buying if xbox isn't going to fix the issues

 

3 months and still no files? I'll wait until the 2nd of march and then I'm buying them through itunes, and based on the fact that I'm obviously willing to buy all of the seasons, which would be roughly $500, and you can't seem to handle getting the episodes
filled for this single season in a timely manner, I believe I will be taking all of my future video business to either google play or itunes. Microsoft clearly has no place in the electronic media market.

 

Hi again, was just wondering if season 9 of Star Gate Sg1 was ever going to be complete? It took 2 years for all the content you have now. So best guess 2018? Would like to buy it all on xbox but it sure is taking you guys forever.

 

Yeah, I started buying everything through Amazon, you can still watch it all on Xbox, but they actually have their act together. It also means you can watch it on ANY platform, not just Microsoft and Silverlight.
