Xbox Video Spanish Version Frozen

I had purchased this movie weeks ago when it first became available. It was definitely in English as it has been watched numerous times and I would've noticed if it wasn't. But just yesterday morning it decided to switch to Spanish even after I had already
purchased it and watched in English? So my automatic thought..strange of course. But my assumption was that this was only able to happen after already purchased, because I never actually downloaded it to my Xbox itself, I just stream it from Xbox Video each
time. But watching it now in English so they must have fixed the mistake. I'm sure it's safe to download now! Hope that helps? Word of advice: take the extra time - and by extra I REALLY mean EXTRA - to make absolute certain that you download directly to your
Xbox. I'm doing so now and it's at just 7% after 25-30 minutes..maybe wait till the young ones are in bed or away at school? Enjoy! -_-

When I asked when it will be resolved, I was told via live chat: "No worries this issue will be resolve as soon as possible."

Hey guys, I also selected English and it played in Spanish. I was able to contact Xbox billing via phone call and received a refund. I didn't mention that this was a glitch because I thought I must've selected Spanish in error.

Does anyone know if I select "Frozen (2013)" instead of "English" that it will play in English?

Yeah I've got same problem aswell!?

I hope this gets fixed soon.... Even the purchased version is Spanish now
