Xbox Video "Sorry we can't play this item right now. Please try again later."

I am trying to watch my Xbox Video tv shows on my mac using Safari. I can log in, access the tv shows, but when I click play, a screen pops up to play the video, then it loads for a few seconds, until finally it says "Sorry, we can't play this item right
now. Please try again later."

I have looked all over the internet for a solution, but I can't find one. Please help.

Video player problem?

After initial installation I get the following message " something is wrong with the video,sorry we could not play the video,please try again later (0x876c0104).......I've googled the error message but can't find anything.......anyone shed some light into
this please?

 

same problem here, also on pc at work too, at home i can play them on my PC

 

Same. Cannot view any of my collection on my computer, but works fine on the Xbox. Please fix this!

 

Same, Happening with a few episodes of arrow for me, This is the last time i drop 50 bucks on a season pass, I expect my episodes to be released on time, Not 2-3 days after the episode is released on the air.

 

Same issue here. I assume there is still no fix for this?
