Xbox video season pass not working

Discus and support Xbox video season pass not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I purchased the season pass for season 10 of supernatural and watched the first 9 episodes no problem but now that the 10th episode came out its trying...     Xbox video season pass not working


    I purchased the season pass for season 10 of supernatural and watched the first 9 episodes no problem but now that the 10th episode came out its trying to tell me I have to purchase it.

    I've already cleared my cache and refreshed purchase history and it didn't help.

    Xbox Video season pass not working

    Please make sure you're using the latest version of the app (an update was released yesterday) and that you're signed into the app with the same account.

    Xbox Video Season Pass NOT WORKING

    Jaden242, I've just checked to make sure the Season Pass offers for Vikings are correctly published. Could you try refreshing your purchase history to see if that solves your problem?



    On the Xbox Console, Open Xbox Video > Go to My Videos > Select Account Management > Press X.

    Hmm, I've now purchased the SD season pass on a 360 and I'm able to watch episode 10 without issue on 360, One, Web, and PC. I'd ask that you try refresh your purchase history one more time.

    All digital video service providers (iTunes, Amazon.com, Xbox Video, etc.) are listing these as separate Seasons. The pricing for the Season Passes is based off of the number of episodes that are going to be included in it. Season 5 was priced on 8 episodes,
    and a discount for buying the Season Pass. Season 6 is priced exactly the same way.

    HD Episodes = $2.99

    SD Episodes = $1.99



    Season 5 Season Pass = $21.99 / $13.99

    If you buy all the Season 5 episodes separately it's $23.92 / $15.92

    I am down with you guys. I bought season 5 and last season of Walking Dead and the same thing. I was happily going to continue to get all video media onto Xbox video but if this is the episode turnaround there is NO VALUE to buying a season pass from Xbox
