  1. Xbox Video Purchase History Page Failing To Load, "Glitch in Our System" Message

Hi, Love your service and used it a lot with my xbox 360 years back. I recently have returned to Microsoft services and am failing to see the multiple Tv show seasons I have purchased through xbox live, totaling several hundred dollars worth of property.

I am attempting to view this link to access my Video content: Sign in to your Microsoft account

to an endless load and occasionally a "you've found a glitch in our system" error page.

Could you please assist me in recovering the House, Breaking Bad, and Scrubs TV shows (and others) I had purchased in the past?

Thank you, a concerned Windows 10, and perhaps a future Windows 10 S, user.

    :)

Witcher 3 - "precious cargo" side quest.

I had a problem with this quest. I decided to call the alleged merchant out, I got a black loading screen and immediately afterwards a message that the quest failed. Is there a way to solve this or repeat the quest? It is a common glitch?

Hiya Taters! Sorry to hear about your trouble.

If you are having issues with a Season Pass, it helps to refresh your purchase history within the Xbox Video App.

To do so, launch Xbox Video, go to My Videos, then Account Management. Once the screen loads, press "X" to refresh purchase history. Then go back and try it again.

Let us know if that helps!

    Problem with downloading purchased game

They did the same thing to me. I purchased Call of Duty: Modern War Fare. The 2400 package for 19.95. I never received a down load. I have my Crome History that shows I contacted Microsoft 2 days later. I have 6 pages of history proving this. I got a bot
letter saying I did not contact them soon enough. They would not re down load the add on and said I was just out of my money. I know they had a glitch in their system and they will not admit it. Microsoft tried to push me of on Activision!

Sincerely, an 80 year old X-box player

    My Games section on website

I have the same issues with this. I'm actually quite upset that the old
    Purchase History
page was removed on the Xbox website. When the website was changed a few months back. They removed that section of the website in which we could look at our entire account download history. That page also included GFWL PC purchases.

More than likely they removed the page so people would stop asking about past purchases that were no longer available. I personally don't like the newer page used for looking at our purchase history. There's way to many holes in the information, and it's
no longer easy to navigate like the old purchase history page was. That's just my opinion though.

Only thing we can do at this point is submit feedback about this on
    Xbox Ideas Uservoice

You should try deleting it and downloading again. Here are the steps to deleting the license and installing again.

On your Xbox 360 console, go to the Settings and select system.

Go into Memory and select the storage device you use.

You will go into System items and select Rights Database.

    In Rights Database, select Delete.

Select Yes to confirm deletion of the file.

Then you will need to download the video again from your purchase history.

To download the video again, visit your purchase history. Here's how:

On your Xbox 360 console, go to the Settings and select Account.

    Select Download History.

    Select Zune Purchase History.

Select your video title to download it again.

Once the download is complete, try to play the video on your Xbox 360 console again.
