Xbox Video on 1520 with 8.1

I have a paid video that when trying to play it I get a message - "Looks like you're already playing this contact on Xbox Video somewhere else. To play this here, sign out there."

So, how the heck do you find where that video is playing? Check the Xbox, Windows 8.1 Laptop, Windows 8.1 PC, and my Surface Pro 2 with 8.1 and NONE of them are playing this video.

Any thoughts?

Xbox music crashing

When I try to play any music on my device, the app crashes. This is extremely frustrating. Windows phone 8.1 on Lumia 1520.

 

Windows 8.1 XBox Video Metro App video/audio sync/lag issue

I reverted to Windows 8. The Xbox Video works fine. The video no longer lags and is out of sync with the audio. So Windows 8.1 broke something.

 

That is odd. Is it a purchased video or a rental?

When you rent a video you can only watch it on the device you started the rental from, just in case that is the issue.

 

It is a video I paid for in HD.

 

Very odd, hopefully someone else will be able to shine some light on this. Have you tried playing it on one of your other machines? Just to see if it lets you play it or gives you the same error, perhaps worth more detail. If it does let you play it, then
try the phone after you have stopped.

So...I went and decided to try playing it on another device, the Xbox and it played. Then went back to phone and tried...It worked!!!
